Thanks guys, it definitely needs some more work but I am happy with it so far. Photobucket is fighting me on fixing the pictures though. It will not let me correct the orientation haha sorry about the upside down view.

They're not upside down.

Nsvens, that looks like a great project, have fun with it.

Thrill, looks like a doozy. Be safe.
We are overdue for a good storm.

Sure are. It rained a tad last night and this morning. Not nearly enough, but hey, we'll take what we an get.

Heard on the news the heat/drought may extend through Halloween. Not only that, it's spreading northward. Damn.

Yeah. There was a couple puddles when we left the office this morning, but they were gone when we got back. I have not heard any good things about the next several months, in regards to weather.

Oh well. Vacation next week, and I intend to spend part of it in a semi comatose drunken stupor, so I won't give a shit.:D

That's what my dad just said.
My boss told me that all crops south of I-70 are a complete loss.
This is probably really cramping your Barlow Navy training, isn't it?

It's cramping everything we normally do this time of year. Most of the rivers are low. Campfires are out. Fortunately, we still have some big lakes to paddle. It just makes the overnighters almost too hot to be fun.

Sorry guys, just bored. I'm sure you're all sick of my Condor on the futon in bad lighting photos, haha.

last night's storm dropped 1/2" of rain on us -- then it hit 102 again this afternoon.
today was day 1 of my 10 day "vacation": cleared a bunch of brush with machete and mattock, then dropped and chopped up 8 trees.
4 more trees to drop & chop tomorrow, then some landscaping and begin the tear-off.
love my Husky 372XP...

I know what you mean. I should not be able to walk across a 30 foot river without the water going over my boots. Neither of the small creeks at the farm have water flowing in to the river. Everyone I've asked says they don't remember it ever being like this.

Nice work, Nsvens!!

grindy grindy!

Dubz, are the Condor pack and Condor knife companies the same??

I'm gonna put up a map and put a pin in every place I've been to. First I have to travel to the top two corners of the map or it'll fall off the wall.......

My great-grandpa did that. Red for battles we was in during WWII, blue for everywhere he and my great-grandma went on vacations.
