good first day. I have managed to cut myself on the Brute already LOL

on a brighter note, the bloodstain on my bandaid is in a perfect heart shape. <3
 
Ya know, its weird that everyone I know around here has a ps3 and noone has an xbox, but here on bf it seems like everyone has an xbox. I guess I'm perfectly happy with th ps3, but am wondering what th difference is supposed to be? I'm guessin its like a Chevy vs Ford thing?

Have I mentioned before that I can't wait for the Brute to be re-released? That thing looks like a...uhhh...a brute.

And that 17 is just amazing. So shiny. I can't wait to get it in my greedy little paws.

I also can't wait for the re-release of the Brute...but I'm more excited about the BK6. I do likes that machete!
I would like it better with the KaBar current grivory. It is a heck of a knife though! I used it a bit today, will try it out for real tomorrow....see if the 9 will still be King when the woodchips settle.

Xbox is a better console for multi-player gaming and split screen. And it has a more comfortable controller. PS3 is a better console in all other respects (IMO).

Also, as if the pet problems and my car getting vandalized last night weren't enough, came home to a 90+ degree house with a busted A/C unit. Seriously, universe. WTF.
 
My brother's birthday was a few weeks ago. I got him a 14 and stippled some orange scales for it. Then I convexed the edge nice and sharp.

A little background: My brother is a water remediation and flood clean-up specialist. Floods, sewage problems, mold, septic overflows--you name it. He's been using that 14 to do some really nasty work in the last couple of weeks. It's his new favorite EDC.

So this afternoon I have the following text conversation with him after he sends me this cryptic message.

Bro: Sometimes having a knife that's razor fine isn't so fine.

Me: You did NOT just cut yourself with that 14.

Bro: I may or may not have laid my knuckle open to the bone.

Me: Dude, hasn't that knife been cutting stuff with contaminated water on it?

Bro: Class 3 poo water, yep.

Me: lol. Better get some bactine on that shit, bro.

Bro: I sliced open a pre-existing wound. lol.

Me: Lol. Too bad you're gonna lose the hand. You'll have to tell me what dysentery feels like.

Bro: Why you need to add insult to injury?

Me: Cuz it makes me happy. I'm taking away your Tote 'n' Chip, btw. You're supposed to keep your off-hand AWAY from the slicey bits.

Bro: I never got my Tote 'n' chip.

Me: Which is why you can now see the bones in your hand.

Bro: That cuts me deep, just like that freaking demon knife.

Moral of the story, kiddos--Keep your hands away from the slicey bits. :D

UPDATE to add: I'm looking at you, Thrill. :p

First off, SNES for the win. Second, I actually have a Tote 'n Chip. Please don't take that away.
 
I think I still have an old Intellivision at my mom's house, haha.
 
I was demonstrating the different hold techniques to my brother..and turned it too quick, bit my middle fingertip on my left hand a bit. Just a nick

We're rocking the ps3 here!
 
PS3 controllers suck, online sucks, and they are more expensive.

Only thing they are good at is playing BluRays.
