The strongest folder ever made?

man, this is one beast of a folder
I like it (understatement of the year)
the high grind is awesome, and the CF looks a lot like the 'peel-ply' on my Spyderco Millies, which is my favourite handle material

@OP:
high res pics and review, pretty please?

that new buck csar looks like a beast

Very nice, I have been chatting to Andrew about a similar folder. He is great to work with.

As far as looks are concerned, I have to agree. ;) As for toughness, well its all relative. I believe the Tri-Ad has been extensively tested by various parties and was not found wanting.

Thats Tops Buck is not NEARLY as good looking or tough as the Demko custom folder.
Plus, You compare a liner lock to the Triad?? O.o

Yeah, the Triad Lock is up there with tho Compression Lock and Axis Lock.

Nice folder, definitely very strong.
(can't wait for the 2010 Voyager)

Either I read your mind, or you read my mind! I have one coming from Andrew in a month or so.....earlier if I can swing it. Mine has the 4" blade at .200" thick, with a nice top swedge. Titanium liners .100" thick, Coyote brown G-10, I had him to do the back spacer, from the mid lock back to the end of the handle, in titanium, rather than g-10. Finally he designed me a nice foldover clip for tip up carry, one that puts the entire knife into my pocket!

Man this just fires me up all the more to get it!!

You know, in the of my head I knew I read someone else was getting that Demko folder. I couldn't remember if that was you or the OP.

Anyway, how does it cut? That folder makes Striders look wimpy. It takes tough to an entirely new level.

EDIT: I love how thick that knife is. It would seem like it fills big paws nicely. How thick is it? My folder is close to 3/4 inch thick. I think a folder that approaches 7/8 to 1 inch in thickness would fill the hand nicely (big hands that is).

It cuts pretty well because the hollow grind starts pretty high and brings it down to a razor sharp edge, it looks 40 degrees inclusive.
The total thickness of the handle is about .75 :)

Im in love. Man, imagine a toughness test between that and a crusader forge folder. I just told myself no more knives for awhile...now I have to go back on that statement!

I have a Crusader Forge Metro and while its probly about the strongest framelock you will find, the Super LawMan will hold more weight and have a longer wearing lock.

What's the purpose of this hole? Is it just cosmetic or is it a spot for a reinforcement pin, kind of like on the Extrema Ration RAO?

Yes you could wedge a pin in there to double lock it open, plus it looks cool

I actually read your post about your knife you ordered and it inspired me to order one of my own with CF scales instead. Also the backsapcer is titanium from the back of the rocker bar all the way to the end of the handle where it exposes for the pommel and lanyard hole ;)

Is it wrong to fall in love with an inanimate object?

DO YOU SEE WHAT THE COMPETITION IS UP TO, SAL?!?!

That is a very good looking knife, I would love to have one for myself. How do you get in touch with Andrew to order a knife from him?

It looks convincing to say the least.

My most beastly folder is the very dependable Pohl Force Alpha One (meanwhile replaced by the very similar Alpha Two). It even makes my ZT200 and my original Manix look reasonable.

Here (not my picture) the serrated version next to a few other "manly" folders:
