Three of my knives that my Uncle Wes gave me awhile back. The 903's mastodon handle was done by his buddy Mac Mckinney in May 88.

Thanks for the welcome. My Uncle Wes Chapman worked at the old Buck custom shop in the leather department, so he and Bryon worked together, plus they liked the old time west shows and stuff. Uncle Wes had made that sheaf for his brother, my dad (W.G.C). Thanks.

Well, heck what took you so long to drop in for a visit ? ;) Glad you made it and post some more good stuff when you can . DM

Hi another great SPS, thanks to all for the wonderful photo's of your Buck's.

For today's show I have a photo of the CTP Utah 100th. This knife was issued in 1995 and 1000 were made. The knife has some ties to my Burton family heritage. In the foreground of the photo is a photo of my great great grandfather Robert Taylor Burton and a book written about his life. The Burtons were part of the CTP group of Mormons and my great great great grandmother died during the crossing as depicted on the CTP 110's blade. Also the photo of RT Burton is him in his uniform, on the back of the photo is written "General Robert Taylor Burton" (General for the North during the Civil war)

Thanks JB, for the great story about your Great Great Grandfather... I would really like to read the book... That's a sweet Buck knife too... ITE ...

Thats a fine lookin 112  The blade and smooth Buff are a great combination, and the FG's and red liners really add to it imo.

Here is my -110- I got last week. I already posted the pics in my thread, but figured they would work here too.

Thanks 338375, I sure wish I had the 110 smooth buffalo to go with the 112...

That's a sweet 110 you have there... Thanks for posting on the SPS... ITE ...

Terrific 112 ITE. The red liners look great against the dark horn and nickel silver. Very nice and looks as though it might be in mint condition. I like the fingergrooves and the chipflint blade makes it look exotic and rich.

Mickey (Charles) Finn's collaboration with Buck the titanium 186 (a $60 out of town pawn shop find for me):

Thanks Oregon, I bought the 112 right from the Buck Club... It's MIB... It's the first Club knife I ever bought... I bought 2 of them... That 186 is a great find for $60, if I may say so... I love pawn shops... Good place to find Buck knives... Your's looks like it's in really good condition too... I like how lite they are... Great Pics too... ITE ...:thumbup::thumbup:
