Here's an oldie I found at a garage sale and couldn't pass it up. I like my ivory thick.

Welcome back from the place of my birth ITE. Who said that you fell into a hole? Where did you get sunshine for that photo, must be an oldie... Beautiful 531.

That does not look like it came from any garage sale that I have ever been to sky. Uh uh, nope. WOW, excellent bowie.

Another 531:

Armand, great you are back. And thanks for another picture show.
531 - let's see what I have.

A standard one, found in Germany,

The BCCI gold etched I bought to get the lifetime membership,

and one with mastodon ivory.

I didn't know LR did "Build your own Buck" right out of his Garage, Nice that Dale can do the finishing touches. I like my ivory Thick, Thin and everywhere in between.

I have more Ivory 532's than any other model, and no Ivory 531's, not fair, soon enough, have my eyes on a Sawby.

My one and only 531. Hard to complain with this one:thumbup::thumbup:

Welcome back Armand! Not much in the way of 531's but I do have these which are, you guessed it, two of our club knives. ;) It's the first ever members only club knife from 1990 which is a Sawby 531, and the 1991 conventional mid-lock 531.

1990 Sawby:

Good to see you back Armand. Thanks for another SPS!:thumbup::thumbup:

I'm back from a three week, 300 mile backpacking trip. I did have computer access a few weeks ago, but had to follow what I could of the SPS off my cell phone.

I've sold some of my Sawby 531s and some of my BuckLock 531s. Maybe I can get some photos later of a few I have left.

Here is an old photo of an ivory 531 that I still have.

Been some excellent Buck knives posted already!:thumbup::thumbup:

Gold etched model 531's depicting 7 Civil War battles. An issue of 100 each about 1992. They are serialized and came in Jewel cases. Took me a long time to find the Monitor & Merrimac, and now that I have it, I can't find it for todays photo shoot.

A 532 from a trade with a BCCI member at a show, OKCA, my first and only pearl, and my second 532 after the club, mustard colored, Micarta version.

A friend that I was backpacking with went to resupply for some trail food at a local store and came back with this. (his knife, not mine)

Some random photos taken over the last three weeks along the Florida National Scenic Trail.

Beautiful knifes today as always. Welcome back ITE. Stumps what is that on the forest floor, third from the last photo, mushrooms? I have yet to run into a 531 in my neck of the woods.

I've always known it as deer moss.

HI All,

Fantastic show you have got going today as always. Desoto love your CW gold set, I've eyed those often, thanks for posting the eye candy. Here is the only 531 I have, some day I'll find a gold or other custom version that follows me home.

Great show everyone and great pictures.

So Skyler you are the one who got my ivory 903. My wife and I got in a bit of an argument over how many knives I had and so I left town for a couple days for her to calm down. While I was gone she had a garage sale and
sold some of my treasured knives including that 903. She put $50 on it and Skyler talked her down to $30. Skyler how can you sleep at night. I will buy it back from you for double what you paid her for it to get it back.

Just kidding. Nice knife Skyler. The nicest 903 I have seen.

Here is a factory stag 501 I picked up recently.
