You guys have left me in the dust, I have nothing to compare, not one.
But, since we recently talked somewhere about knives with old or odd time period blades - how about a Camillus model with Buck blade. 300
I've seen tomatoes growing in south Florida on a winter hike in 2004/2005.
Most of the time it stays above freezing in central and northern Florida, but can occasionally get down into the 20s.
My coldest morning on this last hike was about 32 degrees...which is excellent sleeping weather.
Most mornings were in the 50s.
Here is another picture of some deer moss I took while walking through the Ocala National Forest.
Stumps...... Great pictures. Used to hunt the Ocala forest many moons ago. It is a great time of year for hiking Florida for sure. Until it rains anyway.
My contribution is a 303 I came across at the gun show. I've dug and dug and haven't been able to find this knife anywhere. I'm hoping you guys folks can help identify it.
That's the box it came with. There's nothing in the box but the 'letter from the president'.
Stumps & Oregon the photos of the deer moss are interesting, I've never seen any around here other then small individual growths, I would recon individual plants. Thanks for the pictures.
Doug, nice to sneak that beautiful one liner in. Love the knife and the sheath.
quaboag, very nice 1st/1st. I picked up a three liner with micarta just the other week. Looking to move closer to yours.
honestlyinsane, I really like the second elk alpha hunter you have pictured. Great cut out.
Steelhead, your one and only 531 is awesome. Very unique. The scales almost made me dizzy for a moment.
