My best guess, your 303 is a Sanfa Fe Knifeworks or a Doris Yazzie mod. I don't believe it to be one of the Yellowhorses.
I will favor Yazzie. 300
 
I checked with Cvovilla @ IceKnives (member here) since he had some similar designs (awesome work by the way) but alas, it was not one of his.

I checked with Santa Fe Stoneworks as he and 300 had suggested, and lo and behold after sending photos Bill at Santa Fe confirmed that it was indeed one of their knives. I've asked if there was a chance I could get the original (NOS) box and paperwork for the knife but he has not yet replied.

Mystery solved. Thanks 300 and Cvovilla!!
