Thanks DM, I noiticed that myself and as I looked at it last night, I noticed it doesnt look like that in person. I had sent it back to the spa to get those nics in the rear bolster removed. When I received it back it had the glaze on the wood. I alway wash that off with hot water and soap and then after drying, I put a thin coat of Hoppes gun oil on the wood and pivot. It changed the darkness of the wood like weatherproofing leather boots.
