Wow, what an awesome show you all have going so far today! Thank you all for posting photo's (please keep them coming it's going to be a long night at work).

Interesting to read that so many of us have love for the 500. For you 112 fans take a look at the 1st photo 500/112 for size comparison

The one thing that makes Buck a very special company in the world of knive manufacturers is the beauty and art that they incorporate in there products. .A knife in it's basic form is a simple tool but Buck as a company has given us truly beautiful knives as well for the avarage American.

I couldn't agree more and that's one of the reasons I look no further than Buck.

I've always been sorry I let this 500 slip away...and I not much of a 500 series fan.

Now I know why I ended up with this little Gem:D:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Yea, its snowing here....but I am an outdoor picture guy...

Thanks for this great EDC user Stumps:D:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Great show again this week. You all never disappoint. I love the 500! Similar to the 112 in size, but a drop point and a little thinner!

My pile grew by 3 this week. I picked up a buffalo 303, an 898 Impact, and this guy from the gun show this weekend.

I rummaged through a case full of odds and ends fixed blades and came out with what is now the oldest Buck in my pile. It'll be heading home to Buck for some spa love soon as I get a chance.

I'm not a fixed blade guru by any stretch of the imagination so I look forward to you good folks to tell me all about this one. Year, steel, correct sheath, value, etc...

This is the condition I found it. I'll put a little elbow grease into it later if I can find a few minutes. Sorry fort the "graphic content"...lol

Here's the only Buck knife my Grandpa owned when he was alive back in the 80's......I was a youngin then....I was fortunate that my Grandma gave me this knife after he passed a while back:thumbup::thumbup:

Hard to believe this picture was taken in the same spot as the last one less than 24 hours ago. Typical Cleveland weather....Thanks for your compliment on this old Custom MICHAEL5135:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: That pearl inlayed Akonua you posted earlier is one I've always admired. You should post pics of that and your pearl auto 110 in the Buck pearl thread:thumbup::thumbup::D

And a few more 500's for the show:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Big Fan of all the 500's posted today:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

TO HAEBBIE.............. I have been really thinking about doing it for some time. Half of these knives were my fathers and I continued to collect after his passing away and be Very private about the whole collection. most of the knives have only seen the collectors case it has for many years. I've been looking or lurking from the outside and every time I saw something beautiful I thought to myself, dad was hiding these for so many years. I should learn how to post and show some of what he he had that are brand new, never used and in perfect condition.

I started off this morning showing this Buck 311. I carried it today.
Thought since some of you are experiencing cool weather that I would take a photo of the 311 in my garden.
This was just taken today. :)
My Everglades tomatoes are coming in nicely.

Michael,

It would be a nice tribute to your father to share your Legacy collection. It would also be fun for you to get out the knives and shoot some photo's. I hope he passed the Buck nut bug onto you! It's all up to you my Buck Brother share what you want, Just know we all love photo's here!!!!!
