The Sunday Picture Show... (12-17-2017)

Hello everyone, it's time again for the Sunday Picture Show... This Show is for everyone... So feel free to talk about and compliment each other about there new or old Buck knives... We all like to show are new or older knives that we just got or had for years... So everyone please share and post a picture of one of your Buck knives or a picture with lots of Buck knives... Fixed blades or folders... Post all the pictures you want, but save some for next weeks Sundays Picture Show... Post a new picture or a old picture... If you only have one Buck knife or a lot of Buck knives... Just take some new Pictures of it or of them and just get creative and make Buck Proud... Thanks, ItsTooEarly ...

You can share any Buck Knife or Buck Knives
that you wish too... It doesn't have to be
special any Buck Knife will do...

Last Sunday Show was GREAT... Thank you all...

The blade itself is worthy of a handle. .I always like Bucks treatment of Dinosaurs. There was so many cool critters back then that I'm sure Buck would sell a LOT of knives if they went back to it. It could be fantastic even if it was just a pad print or etch.

That is a very nice combination of finished knife and in process blade ITE - never seen an Arume (SP) blade in the first step of the process before. I'm packing up right now to leave after lunch for three days of duck hunting on Currituck Sound. Dropping these two Buck Knives, a 102 and a 105, in my waterfowl bag - it's just warming up for a few days but I hope some ducks will still be flying.

Thanks for starting another SPS ITE:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Sad day in my household.:( Had to say goodbye to my 15 1/2 year old Puppy Rocky. His back legs started going out on him almost a year ago and in May we prayed he would make it through the summer with us, our prayers were answered and he stayed strong into the last few weeks. the last few weeks were tough as we knew it was close to the end. It is extremely hard waking up today and knowing its the first of many days without my best friend in the whole world and arguably the best dog a man could call a friend. Not trying to bring anybody else down, and I know brighter days are just around the corner.

As many of you know Rocky would always hang out in the yard while I did my Knife photos and he would do his best to bomb them from time to time. Here are some of the Buck pictures he weaseled his was into, and some he was meant to be the star of. Thank you all for being here with me every Sunday and enjoying a passion I love and that my Puppy loved taking part of.:)

Thanks again, Armand, for another great SPS! SHB, sorry to hear about Rocky (may he R.I.P.), as a dog lover I know its tough when our friends leave us.

These Bucks are this years BCCI Members Only Knives. Both are N.S. 101's. The first is Marbled Carbon Fiber with a S35VN blade 1 of 50, and the second is Elk with Mirrored 420HC and gold etching 1 of 75. What's interesting is both have a 2017 date code on the blade, but the gold etching on the Elk handled 101 has 2016. This was to compensate for an error last year when they put a 2017 date in the gold etching of last years members only knife. ;) If that makes sense.

@shb- Really sorry to hear about Rocky! 15+ years is a lot of great memories!

I have a couple of new ones to show off this week.

I got this club 112 from a club member as trade for some custom work. I was never a big 112 fan, but this one changed that. Barehead, finger grooves, nickel silver, ironwood and buffalo. It's going to get a fair amount of pocket time I expect.

Here's the work I did. Barehead NS 112 w/ abalone and black G10 liner.
