The Sunday Picture Show... (3-25-2012)

Just an ordinary 110 and not such beauties you guys have there...

Kind regards
Andi

I like to play around with some of the other Buck knives, but for an all around good knife, it doesn't get any better than a 110 to me!

Yeah! The 110 is a good allaround knife. Universal shape and pattern. Good steel. But sometimes it´s too big for carrying. So I like to carry any slippie.

The 110 is one of my favorite outdoorknife.

Something like this (for not getting OT)

I've got some Buck Darts, but they are used. Someday I'll find some new ones to go with this unwrapped Buck Dart Board.

The Wife and I went to the Pasadena knife show on Friday. We had a great time the highlight was meeting Plumberdv, and seeing his display. The pictures of the Scrimshaw knives do not do then justise. They really need to be seen in person all I can say is WoW fantastic.
I picked up a 1997 Sterling 525 and gave Gave me a costom 110 sheath (Thanks again Dave)
as puschased before the clean up:

That one polished up very nicely Bob. It was great meeting you and Sandy. It's too bad that you weren't here for dinner after the show. David Yellowhorse, his wife Yaz, Bruce Dollinger, his wife Rosie and I went across the street for dinner and had a great visit. You would have enjoyed it.

I'm glad that you like the sheath.

I bought one of the sterling and gold (oak leaves and acorns) 525's from the same guy you got yours from. Mine also needs some cleanup, what did you use on yours? It turns out that Scott (the seller) is a long time BCCI member and only lives about 50 miles from me so we have plans of getting together soon.

Late as usual. This is the latest Buck 110 added to the herd. Has handle scales of white MOP, red coral, and blue lapis... a real 'Patriot', nickel silver bolsters, filework right on out to the blade tip and it's an auto to boot. ;) Custom work performed by Painted Pony.
