View attachment 1157188 View attachment 1157187 I wanted to cobble up a knife that combined several desired features. I used a BCCI 30yr Anniversary Aluminum 110 to which I attached a pocket clip and added a slabbed pivot post. The modified post allows the use of the old style Selector blades. I can still use non-Selector blades in this knife, but I would have to remove the pocket clip to pull the post out.
This set up allows lightning speed blade changes. Adding a thumb stud allows one handed blade deployment. The package weighs 4.4 oz.

Morning all, thanks again ITE for the dedicated effort you make every Sunday morning with the SPS. To all who post and comment, thanks for making this a great thread.

I was in that big box store that starts with W and decided to see what, if any, ebony 110s were in stock. They only had two, both were nicely finished. One had such exceptionally nice ebony and matched on both side, I couldn't resist! What everyone has said about these new ebony 110s is true. I love the feel of this one. I have one from 1991 with very black well matched Macassar Ebony, there is little difference in appearance and feel.
