Nice 505 based knives gents, but no gents knife for me today. About to put my boots on and head to the farm pond for some LM Bass & Bream fishing. Taking these Buck Knives with me; with them, along with an old Ruger SBH 44 MAG and two fishing rods, I should be prepared for most anything! OH

Thanks for the SPS, ITE and to all who show their Buck knives. This Eel 529 from the Buckskin series fits into the pint size category for today.

I'm going to the Denver Knife Show today, see what Bucks are there and maybe have some pictures for later. Preston

Happy SPS to one and all, hope the photos flow like water today! Thank you Armand who sets this up each week and all who post photos for all to enjoy.

Here is a set of 500 series knives the BCCI issued (I sure wish they would a 110 & 112 like these)

This was a fun one to figure out. No, it is not Sasquatch. I'm looking for my notes and will update this when I find them. From memory, it is an Apollo mission space suit and the knife was for the company that did the life support system for the suits.

Buck model 180 CrossLock. This one is called the River Rafter. I guess the sheepsfoot blade is to help keep you from poking a hole in the raft :D. A fully serrated blade, how many other Buck knives had fully serrated blades? I think not many. There are plenty of half serrated blades.

Speaking of fully serrated blades reminded me of this knife, the Buck NightHawk model 655 fully serrated (655BX #2456). I want to know if this knife actually exists. For sure the prototype in the picture exists. I have watched for many years and never seen one. Anyone out there have one? This picture is from the 1997 catalog. Interestingly, it is also listed in the 1998 catalog, same catalog number but the accompanying picture is of a half serrated knife.

That's one of only two Nighthawks that I'm missing. Don't believe it was ever put into production.
