Happy SPS everyone
For my birthday I asked for some lessons on the wet saw. Always wanted to learn the best way to cut Ivory, not sure if this is it, but so far the best I've seen, it is a little soft for this type of saw, but it seems to work

Extremely minimal. The saw has a diamond blade that burns through at less than 1mm a cut. I probably lose more sanding it to get my amateur saw marks outWhat do you think the $$ value is of the ivory being turned to mud on that saw...![]()
Armand, what is up with the dark spot on the handle?
Rodger, I have no idea... I guess just something in the material...![]()
That's one of only two Nighthawks that I'm missing. Don't believe it was ever put into production.
joe says they will never really know how many of these got out there before it was caught--someone did not win the spelling bee...

The 2nd 651 Pigsticker. I've got the black/green and the black/tan but don't have the one with the all black handle. What is the other Nighthawk you are missing?
