Thanks ITE, and all who post pictures of their Buck knives for another SPS.

I've been on a stacked leather kick and wanted to add a 192 to my collection. At the 30th I mentioned to Joe Houser that I thought a stacked leather 192 would be a good seller. He said that he had thought about doing just that, but that the curve in the handle was problematic and wanted to try Micarta spacers. He said he'd work on it, and I, of course, said I'd buy it. Little did I know he meant right away, right now. A few hours later he saw me and said the knife was done! Here it is, mirror polished blade and Micarta spacers

Thank you again, Joe. Preston

Hello and Happy SPS,

Thank you Armand for your effort and time each week devoted to the Buck Forum and each of us who visit. Also, thanks to all who post the photo's that make this event come alive every Sunday for anyone to enjoy. Great start to the show so far, please keep the photo's coming.

Here is a little Buck Salesman's display of Blades & Scales. It's a bit used and some of the sticky back tape needs to be replaced and missing the Walnut scale. But, still a cool little item.

Just got back from a week of wrangling 38 kids, grades 3-8 at church camp yesterday. Carried this 285 all week. Big enough for camp chores. Light enough to run with the kids in the woods playing capture the flag and such, and inexpensive enough to not worry too much about losing(which I have never done in 12 years of doing this)

And my wildlife photo...Mud puppy :p

Beer Hunter - Another great invention by Mr. MT. Now if you can only figure out how to make that so it folds up against the handle. Cool idea.

Here are a few folders I picked up at the 30th in Idaho last month.
