You can sort as you want knives as well using excel, I was in In operations in the Army and used excel everyday, I don't have alot of knives anymore so I am lucky I don't need one, but to be honest I kinda like Plumber's system, he can enjoy pulling out a box of knives he forgot about for years, LOL!

If I had that many I could still potentially forget about them. But I would hate to think I forgot about an important story behind how it was acquired or what have you.
