Started with a Ram's horn so I'll end with one I just picked up from gsea. It's been on my belt since it arrived. Thanks gsea, I look forward to the other 277's and 279's. Should be a good mail call!
Okay, 1 more. Mostly because I have questions about this one. I have the ram's horn Kalinga and this one with the brass butts. Any ideas who made them? I've seen others on this forum but would like more history about them. Also, this is clearly a Kalinga but has no markings on it what-so-ever. I also can't Identify the wood, Walnut? And last question; it came with this sheath, does anyone recognize who made it? Nicely made.
I don't think it's a Kalinga. There were several knock offs. CVA made a kit knife that looked very similar to your pics. I bought one in the 70's with my CVA Kentucky rifle kit.
