I do see Bigfoot peering around from behind one of the trees.......and an Ivory Billed Woodpecker flying through high in the background.

I don't think it's a Kalinga. There were several knock offs. CVA made a kit knife that looked very similar to your pics. I bought one in the 70's with my CVA Kentucky rifle kit.

Does it have barrel nut marks on the butt?

This is all just a guess though.

No barrel nut. Side by side with another Kalinga it's identical construction and materials except the handle. Full tang.

It sounds like you're talking about "Kalinga type" knives.

It's not a real Kalinga unless it's a Buck.

Here is a picture of the spine as requested on the 103 I posted pictures of above. Also a couple other Bucks that were just in my back yard. Both forked horns.

Hunting season opened yesterday but I don't think they knew that yet.
