Thanks for the reply and info on that stellar knife.for everyone it is a 119 75th anniversary 420hc blade custom drop point--guard was a tang style 124 with some mods on it --old square pommel left over from project few years ago--green micarta handle---cool one of a kind knife....
Yes, I must have forgot to check the mail on Saturday and when I finally opened the mailbox on Sunday morning it was sitting in there. So I decided to carry it all day. I like it. Have no clue what the HASS is all about???? But when people ask, I'll just tell them it is short for " Hard ass stainless steel!"nice. ya got it fast.

I have markings like this on one of my g10 knives, but thre word is cut in half. I'm thinking this is the manufacturers marking for the copper slab that was sold to buck. Usually marked in grease pencil, the inspector and customer are written on right on the structural steel used in buildings
