Hello and welcome to the Sunday Picture Show. Share your Buck knives with others by posting pictures of them here. New or old, plain or custom, user or safe queen, one or a collection, we love to see them all. Post all the pictures you want, but save some for next weeks show. If you do not have a new knife to share it is OK to repost an old picture as the show always has new visitors. You could also display your creativity with new pictures of knives you have shown before. This weekly tradition was started in 2010 by ItsTooEarly (Armand Hernandez) and Oregon (Steve Dunn). Help keep the tradition alive. Feel free to click that 'LIKE' but lets not let it replace discussing and complimenting each others knives. Above all, enjoy the show. DeSotoSky (Roger Yost)

This week I have a knife I ordered so long ago I forgot all about it and had no idea what could be in the unexpected box arriving on my porch the other day. It is the 2020 BCCI knife of the year (arriving in 2021) A 687 Mini Vanguard, 1 of 109. Rosewood handle with brass furniture and a black blade etch. I'll have to say the black etch is a big step down from the gold etched blades of the BCCI knives in the past. Don't take me wrong, fit and finish is perfect, the handles have great color, and I just plain love Vanguards. Joe Houser's logo embossed on the pommel and a little file work on the spine are really nice touches.

Glad to see the SPS is continuing, thank you DeSotoSky.
Old picture but a new year. Once I had completed my BuckTool collection I looked for another Buck knife to collect. When I would search BuckTool some of the time SwissBucks would pop up. The SwissBucks were introduced about the same period of time as the BuckTool. So collecting I went. These are the standard models Buck and Wenger collaborated. I did research (THANK YOU BCCI) and tried to replicate a display case Buck was using at that time. My homemade case is larger to accommodate all SwissBuck models. The main difference between Wenger standard models and the Buck models is, the main knife blade is a clip point, on most Buck models, Wengers are Spear point. This is an easy way to identify Bucks, as knife scales can be interchanged with Wengers.

Nice SwissBuck collection, I like your display case. The "Attache" has eluded me for years, and still does. I'm going to have to dig thru the drawers to see if I have both variations of the SwissMate I.

This plastic stand came in a box of miscellaneous stuff I purchased from Larry Oden. I puzzled over it for a long time.

First up again... you were ready to pounce. I have the 640 like yours. How well does the sheath fit? The welt in the top opening on mine is too wide making the opening too narrow and it will only slide in as far as the choil without forcing it. Should have sent it back.
