When is a Buck not a Buck?
Well... when it's a Browning, kinda.

Buck did a SOG Bowie for Browning years ago as part of a commemorative series of knives.

This is 1 of 30 knives made from leftover blades from that series. There were 10 in phenolic, 10 in cherry and 10 in elk. So, this is one of 10.

Buck has done quite a few knives for other brands over the years. Some with and some without Buck branding. Browning, Cabelas, Thompson Center, Remington (of course), Redhead, and Fairbairn/Applegate, to name a few.
now there's a knife Buck could sell well. even without the upgrades of bone spacers. bark river did these and were all sold out forever and as fast as they came out they were gone.

that is an awesome knife and one I wish Buck would run again even if different like leather washer handle and 5160, as in non stainless not exact composition, to closer match the sk3, i think it was, the originals had when made in Japan during vietnam.
