The Sunday Picture Show (October 3, 2021)

This is a 112 Ranger Slim Select that has been modified by zrxrich. He is having trouble posting pix, so I volunteered to post it. The knife was too slim for him, so he added G-10 liners to fatten it up. All 4 pins were removed and replaced with screw sets. The pocket clip was narrowed. The blade was replaced with a new blade that has a removable thumb stud. The original blade had a non-removable thumb stud that interfered with sharpening. Who says you can’t have it your way?View attachment 1652955View attachment 1652957View attachment 1652960View attachment 1652959

The squirrels got into my eave, I had two trees overhanging the house and they are both gone now. Thought that would fix the problem, nope, they are now climbing the brick.
Caught one in a live trap this morning.
Roger,

Good luck. Persistent aren't they. Is there a chance that there is a nest with young in the eaves? The fox squirrels we have here usually have a litter about this time of year.

Brick is nothing, I have watched them effortlessly go up a med. textured stucco wall, without a destination, in other words just to do it.

Went out and retrieved my trail cam yesterday and got tons of pictures. Coyotes, bobcat, deer, and elk.
Here is a pic of the bobcat and of 3 coyotes. 1st time I have got 3 coyotes together.
For my Buck knife I ran across this 403 Big Sky Sturges Black Hills Cycle Classic 2001 knife so I grabbed it up.
Should have been in last weeks SPS with the rest of the Buck Harley knives. 1st time I think I have seen one of these which if 1500 were made you would think they would be seen more often.

Hi Tecate, tried to message you but your inbox is full.

For anyone that knows... Were the Strider/Bucks that have been posted a collaboration between Mick Strider and Buck? The folders posted by Makael Makael sure look like some of his that I have seen. Very cool and thank you all for the pictures as always!!

The Buck Striders were a collaboration between Strider and Buck. Not sure of Micks direct involvement.
