Hey all,I have a discontinued Kershaw Outcast chopper up for trade.
It is made of 3/16" D2 with a full flat grind & Teflon coating.
I have done some chopping with it so there are some scratches in the coating.(see crappy pics.:o)
The cutting edge is 9 3/4" & the OAL is 16 1/4".(aprox.)

Looking for 22 LR ammo(just a couple of boxes) & US made slip joints, but will consider pert near anything outdoors/camping related.

It looks European or Eastern Block to me.

doesn't this look close if the blade had been replaced and it had lost it's pruner blade and the one in this picture has a saw not deployed....lot of if's there but heck, i'm excited

Seeing as the others have clip blades & straight plunge lines I wonder if yours was rebladed at some time, or just funkily ground,(yeah..funkily ;)) it looks like part of the old plunge line is visible on yours.

That little embellishment at the base of the awl/needle thingy looks familiar.
 
turns out it's a french copy of a German design that, if i'm understanding it properly, is what inspired the vic and wenger versions, pretty cool!
