I just finished up this TL-29 mod. This was an old one with a very lazy spring and generally a mess. I rescaled it in Osage Orange and ground the tang so I could use the lock. It is still lazy, but the lock keeps it open, so I will carry it on those days where I am feeling kinda lazy...like today.

No I'm just lucky that KSF is a 15 min drive from my house . Great store . Derrick is right , these guys are addicting . Also thank you guys for all the info you put up on this forum . It has really helped me choose several knives and empty my bank account:)

Thank you Jack. It's only a few short weeks since I took the pic but now winter has overtaken the scene, and it's dark from 4pm already....:grumpy:

Regards, Will

It's nice to see this thread up on the front page Sam! :D Lovely knife my friend :)

I went out walking yesterday, the weather wasn't great, mist and showers, but it was nice to get out of the city. I called in for a pint at the half-way point of my walk, at a great old 18th Century country pub - http://www.heritagepubs.org.uk/pubs/national-inventory-entry.asp?pubid=202 - Sitting in front of the roaring fire with a pint of Sam Smith's Bitter gave me a chance to warm my bones and dry my coat :)

Have a great Sunday everyone

Took a bit of trawling but I found it!

Looks like some fine trappings my friend:)

Well worth a visit if you're ever in North Yorkshire Sam (The Gardener's Arms at Old Bilton near Harrogate for anyone else) :) It's dark because of the tiny old window! :D
