I went out walking yesterday, the weather wasn't great, mist and showers, but it was nice to get out of the city. I called in for a pint at the half-way point of my walk, at a great old 18th Century country pub - http://www.heritagepubs.org.uk/pubs/national-inventory-entry.asp?pubid=202 - Sitting in front of the roaring fire with a pint of Sam Smith's Bitter gave me a chance to warm my bones and dry my coat
