Terrific looking knife Dadpool. I got interested in these from reading the zulu spear thread and have a 6.5 burnt bone shipping this week. That chocolate is nice!!!:thumbup:

Oh, very nice. Interesting, the difference in nail nick location between the two (each with a different lock mechanism).

The back spring of the bottom knife (#72) is pretty weak with a pull of 2 to 3. Therefore, the nail nick can be located further towards the rear of the blade because little leverage is required to open it.

The back spring of the top knife (#73) is very strong with a pull of 7 to 9. Therefore, the nail nick needs to placed forward towards the point of the blade because much leverage is required to open it.
