The TRADITIONAL sunday picture show!!!!

Thanks Jack!

I can't picture the church, I expect it is still there but I don't know it myself. Beautiful jack too :)

The church is about the only thing in that picture still standing Paul! :D It is at the corner of Broomhall Street and Hanover Square, close to the Hanover Way Dual Carriageway, (drive down Ecclesall Road and turn left as you approach the city centre) ;) Thanks :thumbup:

That's a great photo. I just love those old churches. So much history, so many stories.

Thanks John, that one's a bit run-down these days, and in a run-down area, but there are some lovely old churches for sure :) Bearing in mind where St Silas is, and the history of the area, I'd ay a lot of future cutlers have been dunked in the font at one time! :D:thumbup:

Have a great Sunday everyone :thumbup:

That's a beauty Jack! It's nice to have something in your other hand to worry whilst you slake your thirst on golden ale :)

I took a dander up the village in the afternoon sun; here's my wee loch

and again;

Have a good Sunday all!

LOL! Thanks Paul, it was a sorely-needed pint, and in Saltaire itself :D :thumbup: Those are great pics :thumbup:

I don't know how I missed these two John. GEC really does a good job on the tortoise shell acrylics and you did a beautiful job capturing them.
Instead of my 15 in tortoise shell I thought I'd give the Old Barn Chestnut a shot.

Cold and rainy Sunday. Perfect time to get the coming week's carry all spiffed up.
