Thanks Gary. The knife is a paradox to me, it feels refined and the attention to detail is astounding, but at the same time all the materials are no nonsense workhorse type stuff, it really appeals to me.

I love relaxing with a cup of coffee and reading posts here on BF. I also love peppers and spicy food. Believe it or not I also love knives(shocker right). This EZ-Open Jack is a great tool in the kitchen and a pleasure to carry.
