It's a Geisha by Stéphanie Mottais. The blade is made of XC75 and the handle is made of stabilized boxwood root.

I am becoming more ashamed by folder/slipjoint makers in UK, yet more entranced by makers from France - their designs are wonderful.

In France you have many more knife shows than here in UK……….I need to visit more often.!

There are many trade shows in France, too many according to some knife makers. We have many talented knife makers and a few profiteers who are riding the wave by trying to sell poorly finished knives at inflated prices.
But overall, there are some beautiful creations, from display knives to sturdy and useful utility knives.
