Charlie, It is a A. W. Wadsworth & Son, made in Germany. I believe it to be Ebony (really tight grain), and both blades are stamped. Its 3 and 3/4 closed. It has some really hard pulls on it with half stops.

GEC really hit a home run with their version of the canoe pattern, great looking knife love the spear with swedge & long pull, bolsters are great also, I think this is going on the wish list.
