A friend of mine knew I was looking for AK-47 and he alerted me to the sale.

I am glad I got in to buy one.

Now looking for a sheath for it!
 
So I have been poking about looking for pictures and people's experience with the AK-47....

They are so deadly! Super glad I got one. Can't wait to get stuck into the "tactical yardwork" ha ha ha as another member put it!

Now all I need is a Battle Grade Gladius/Spatha and FBM and I will be in ecstasy!

Thanks Tom! I am indeed a new comer - only discovered Busse about 6 months ago.

And now, I feel the bacon deep within me! Got a CG FBM in the last Ganzaaa and also a Swamp Rat Rat Daddy, with many more to come I'm sure!

I had an old school SHBM for a little while and while I appreciated the history and the knife, it just wasn't for me. :thumbup:
 
Congrats to all who scored!!

Alas, had to sit this one out myself. The exchange and several orders of previous offerings have left my wallet bloodied and writhing in pain.

We'll see what happens next week though, an FBM or MBC would have my pocketbook up off the mat and back into the fight like Rocky :cool:
 
Got one ! my biggest blade so far, not sure what it will be used for if anything , zombies, run out of bullets , book of Eli, part of the uniform for the apocalypse or just sitting gathering dust. Either way it should be awesome .
 
^^^^^ i sometimes like to think an into the badlands situation may happen! Only problem is id be stabbed in like 5 minutes, and probably by myself! Lol
 
I didn't order an AK, but do have a pretty sweet katana. This is kind of silly, but I save up all our milk, juice jugs, etc... Every time I have a good pile I take them down to our Camp where we can refill them in the creek and go nuts mall-ninja style hacking them up. Great fun. On a good one, I can slice the top off a milk jug, then slice 5 or 6 additional ~1" "rings" off of it.

Well I'm sort of having buyers remorse, but I'll go through with the purchase of my tan micarta and black coating AK. The thing is ..I've procrastinated on buying Christmas gifts lol. Anyways I'm going to whack a Pumpkin or watermelon with the AK when I get it, should be fun, it might end up on the exchange with a small discount If I decide to sell.

You are correct, of course. I have exactly one right now, but it isn't great. Snapped as an afterthought once it was dark and we were much more focused on the "Let's Drink!" portion of the evening, but I realized my folly and had to document something.

Will try to do better next time I take it out. The empty jug pile is about ready again :)

What katana is this? Very clean looking cuts.
 
It looks similar to a Katana I have, but I'm guessing mines low tier since I got it at the mall. Anyone know about Kawashima Katanas?
 
I'm so excited Jerry put the satin AK's up right before they shut it down. I had never ordered 5 blades at one time before.
 
Here's some better pics since I said I would. Had a minute to get my big blade out with some family on Christmas Eve due to the crazy warm weather.
