The Vindicator

Thank you for the pictures! This is an incredible looking knife. I'm going to check out Blue Ridge Knives of course but do you have any specs? Man that is awesome. You just made my year!

Blue Ridge knives is a distributor, not a retailer, so unless you're a BR dealer, you can't buy from them. So are Emerson dealers required to purchase Vindicators from Blue Ridge?

Any specs?

You can buy them from a dealer who buys from Blue Ridge. You'll have to contact Blue Ridge to find where you can purchase them. Blue Ridge is the only distributor that dealers can buy from for The Vindicator. Not sure on exact specs just yet.
 
Just noticed this on bladehq and was going to post here asking about it.

I just bought a Patriot, what's the difference? Looks like a Patriot with a little more of a Commander feel (more stout blade and handle) and a satin blade vs. stonewash? Side by side comparison shots would be stellar.

Just when I think I'm out, they puuuuulll me back in! hahaha

I am confused, about your post above. I would like to know if the Vindicator can be purchase from EKI Direct, or is Blue Ridge the only distributor that dealers or peeps can buy from, or source of this Emerson Knife?

They are similar but with slight blade shape variances. Since there are only a few in existence at the moment it may be a bit before we can get a side by side comparison. All of the knives out of EKI have been stonewashed for awhile. Satin is a matte ceramic coating.

I don't have any specs just yet but holding it my hand it felt really close to the Patriot.

It's hard because I really like the big swedge on the Vindicator but I also like the handle of The Patriot. I'm on the fence, can't decide.
