Got my results back from the PET CT Heart Stress Test I had Friday morning. Everything looks good, no changes since the last time two years ago.

I'm doing good, got promoted to sergeant major. Currently chilling on summer leave just writing papers and lifting weights. I have also been picking on people more than half my age in video games lol.

November will be another chest, abdomen, pelvis Ct with contrast to check if there is cancer anywhere else.

We were going to camp but changed our plans due to the extreme temperature and humidity. It's been in the 90's for several days in a row and the forecast doesn't show things letting up.
I really need some campfire time.

Heat index here have been 105-106, I mowed the grass yesterday at 7am, it was already 80 degrees!

I hope everyone has a fun and safe July 4th weekend!
