The purpose of this thread is to see who of us in ShopTalk are going to Atlanta this year. Hopefully, folks who are going can post to this thread. If you see someone going that you would like to meet face to face, you can contact them in advance. Obviously, if you're a table holder you can post your table number.

I hope to visit with Brian Goode, Kevin Cashen, Don Hanson, Bobby Branton, Andy Roy and many others. If David Wesner makes it, I own him a beer. I'd enjoy meeting JT or Stacy or any of you other regulars if you are planning to visit (but not get a table), I hope you'll send me a PM. If other big makers such as Goo or Bump who don't usually get tables at Blade are planning on just visiting to walk around I think it would be great just to know you're there and keep an eye out for the faces etc. With the loss of the West coast show perhaps some folks we never see on the East coast will make it out.

So, to start the list:

My wife and I plan to attend Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I've contemplated going... last there for my stamp. I even actually have money to go; just hate to go by myself a second time. I guess there's still time.... ;)

I'll be there. Everyone stop by table 21-I and say hi. I'm feeling much better these days. looking forward to seeing you and and your wife again Nathan.
 
Ms. Debbie and I will be wandering around the show.
 
I really need to get up the funds and go. it would be so fun, maybe if i can sell my rondel if i get it finished in time ;)
 
Rather new around here but I'll be in attendance Friday and hopefully one other day. I'm hoping that it'll be a great place to find materials and a few must haves.
 
My Good Lady and I will be coming across the big pond to the show again this year from Blighty. I don't make enough to take a table, but I'll be there to compete in the Cutting Competition again. Look forward to meeting up with a few guys I only know from the forum so far.
 
Chris and I will be there as will Butch Deveraux. Looking forward to one more Blade Show.
 
I'll be there all weekend. I only live about 20 minutes away. I'm actually really excited because this is the first time I'll get to go on Friday and Saturday. Usually I work both days and can only make it to the Sunday show, by which time everyone is hung over and ready to leave. See you guys there.
 
My fourth table year. 15H

I'm making up some long length spalted maple burl stabilized sword pieces for this one. Lots of Honduras rosewood burl. Limited Silver Vine if it gets there at all. Big box of stabilized show special blocks for $10 each. Stabilized koa, ebony, blackwood, palm woods, dyed stuff and so on and so on... Oversize and grip pieces. Look for the tall "STABILIZED BURLS" banner.
 
I'll be there. I have one knife ready and hopefully I'll have two or three more done in time. See you all there.

There are some spare chairs to be had at tables if you feel the need to sit, my friend.:D

Make sure that they are ugly ones, Kyle. I have to sit next to you for 3 days.:D

Don't tell me.. All I need to do for a sit down is to make sure I have my hones with me... :p:D

I'll be sure to look you up Joe :thumbup: It's just a shame we'll not be able to locate any of that wonderful "Brew especiale de Gembloux" this time.
