The wife, my peanut and the C word

This thread made me order a yellow Case Peanut.

Another one bites the dust...

Saddle up folks, I see some more folks over that-a-way needin' Peanuts, lets get 'em!

Head 'em up, move 'em out -Rawhide!

Oh, man.

I just found a freaking peanut.

Won it on the 'bay today. 18 bucks plus shipping, can't complain, yaller and CV, unused. It'll be here by the weekend.

Well, I'll just have to see about this thing...

MUCH better than boiled peanuts!

My brother logged over 80 trips as a professional river guide on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. On one of the trips, a southern lady from SC remarked, upon turning a bend, how much it smelled like bull penis.

My brother pretty much lets the comment go, thinking to each their own. But the lady wouldn't relent. Again she piped up, no, it really smells like bull penis!

My brother tried to let it go, but the lady again insisted how much the air smelled like bull penis--so he asked her about it, and realized she was in fact saying bo'll pay-nus or boiled peanuts. They had a good laugh over that, but I never did find out what smelled like boiled peanuts on that river--maybe phragmites in bloom, or something pollinating.

Btw, anywhere I can find the recipe on that. Gotta try and make me some.

1. Soak them for 24 hours (to get rid of gas), pour of the water.
2. Cook on a low light till soft (couple of hours)
3. Cool and drain.
4. Toss in Olive oil, and add fresh ground pepper
or
5. Before cool, pour off some of the liquid, and then add vinegar and oil.
6. Cool
7. Add finely chopped garlic and red onions, and let sit for 1/2 a day

To keep this on topic, the garlic and onions must be diced with a Peanut in CV with yellow bolsters, because it is cute.

I personally use a Queen slimline trapper in D2, as my favorite kitchen knife!

*snicker*
It was about time you got one of these YH CV Peanuts.
Your YH , CV Barehead Slimline Trapper will get along just fine with this new knife.

*heheheh*

Next....

"It's all Steve's fault, honey, I swear!"

She giggles. "Well, I guess I don't like Steve at all then." Kidding, of course.

IS your fault, though! :D
