There can be only one

I'll give a different knife for the list.
I want a Becker C/U 7. Damn tough blade.

For me it is easy. I have carried a SOCOM with tanto blade for years. It has never failed me and I use it for everything. From opening boxes and bags to cutting flex-cuffs off of arrestees. I have tried other knives but keep putting my SOCOM back into my pocket. I just can't sem to put it down.

Dozier Professional Guide's Knife.
It fits the bill between large and small perfectly.
Very comfy handle, very sharp long lasting edge,
easy to resharpen, and a great blade shape for a variety of tasks.

Folder: Regular Sebenza....either large or small
Fixed: Reeve Sable

Just one knife for the rest of my life? Guess I would have to choose the large Sebenza. Could carry it in dress clothes (iwb) and still large enough to carry hiking and camping. Basically I could still have a/my knife with me at all times. I have always had a knife with me at all times since about age 12 or 13, maybe even younger. It would be kind of hard carrying a fixed blade to the store in the summer wearing shorts and a tank top, or to church on a hot summer day without a jacket on. To me it would be more important to have some type of knife with me all the time than to have a bigger or stronger knife with me part of the time.

So there, I've racked my brain and it's too early in the morning for this. More coffee please!;)

Tough, very tough

I just took a Gregg Lighfoot folder in trade that is awesome, but if I had to choose only one it would be.........would be............would be..a.....a.....Socom Elite.
