There's just something about a Bareheaded Jack

I snagged this on the bay last night. Challenge Cut Co harness jack. These are captures from the sale.
Have a great day folks

Best regards
Robin

Thanks MMM, I'll be pretty excited to have it in hand. The seller said it had not been cleaned but we'll see when it arrives.

Best regards

Robin

Yeah Jeff, they are nickle/silver bolsters and even though they are fairly long, they are not long enough to qualify the knife as a Barlow. The knife is 3/58" closed and the bolsters are 11/16" long - 1/16" short of 3/4". I also like the scalloped frame and covers. Who knows why they cut it. It certainly isn't deep enough to qualify as an easy-open feature. It's an early knife.

I'm gonna chime in late top say that red stag is probably the best looking cover I've seen. I am hoping to snag one of a couple bareheaded jacks right now.

That is an unusual little knife. Not quite a Barlow. Not quite an Easy-Open. I like it.

I haven't been following this thread. Read it and discovered that I had a couple I could post here...
