Any framelock Leek (I'd recommend the composite blade one). Blade right at 3", and quite thin. The Chaparral is also very thin, but the blade is a little shorter.
Here's what I measure on the Leek, Chaparral, Skyline, and Delica:

These are all good choices but you left out the Caly3
I love the 14C28N steel the Leek is made from, but one issue I have with it is a glaring weakness. It is an assisted opening knife and has a sliding safety. It is easy to learn to slide it with your pinky while activating the flipper. But, that same configuration is the weakness. The safety does come off in your pocket from time to time and the knife will come open. I can testify to that, as can a lot of people I know. So, you must constantly check the knife to make certain the safety is on. Otherwise, it is a great knife. The Caly3 is the same size with the blade being thicker and more durable and a stronger pivot.
I think CRKT Eross stainless fits the bill, it's very slim, on ball bearing, has a decent blade and grind for light EDC functions, also doubles as a good steak knife. Or Ripple if you want a funky design (I absolutely hate the clip on that thing), both are designed by Ken Onion who also designed the Leek, scallion and shallot for Kershaw.
BUT,... If you really want a slim concealable super slicing machine then my hands down choice would be Spyderco Dragonfly with ZDP189 blade period! U can clip it under ur dress shirt sleeve and it's so sharp out of box it will scare you.
+1 on delica
+11 on chaparral carbon
+111 on clay 3 - must get the carbon with laminated ZDP189
Also want to throw in Spyderco Air if you like a fancy jewel like gentleman's carry knife
