Yup, that lock bar was done the usual way with a cutting disc. I can't see anything that would make that knife a fake.

Looks fake to me. I collect Chris Reeve knives every chance i get and have never seen such a catastrophe. just my opinion. btw 50 years of knife collecting experience.
