Think I was ripped off

Here on the Busse forum.. I to would trust most all of the regulars. I think this is truly a collection of some dang good people.. an wise in the ways of the blade as well..
 
Glad to hear the seller is stand up. Sucky for the seller though.

Communication in a situation like this is always very important.

I've heard enough b as in "B", s as in " S" about USPS payouts on insurance to be skeptical of it, but always offer at least.

He almost put his hand straight on the bare blade, would not be difficult at all for it to have been lost similarly FWIW. I always ship with great care to securing the blade with tightly wrapped layers of corrugated cardboard around the blade, I have not lost one yet for this reason.

The USPS should be able to tell you exactly what the package weighed at the time of shipping.
