Thinnest Knife EVER?

The Spyderco Adventura is 7 mm thick (less than a cigarette, which is 7.62 mm) ;) and OAL is about 8". It has a 4 positions (left / right, tip up / down carry) pocket clip too.

Victorinox Alox Solo is a 91mm SAK with metal scales and a single blade. It's a slipjoint with no clip.

Spyderco Blue Almite Walker is a linerlock with metal scales. It is a linerlock and has a pocket clip but is not a low ride clip. Handle length is about 3.5 inches.

Thinus Herbst little skeletonized liner lock is quite thin but there is no pocket clip. It meets the rest of the criteria though. The old Gerber Folding Sportsman PK knives were also very thin well built folders. Schrade made that little Simon knives in a Wharncliff blade shape that was quite popular but it didn't have as big a handle as you asked for.

As far as big knives as of late. The Spyderco stainless and titanium ATRs are very thin big folders.
