Well, I can't help with any of the others, but this is the one of mine that he has up for sale. (it's #12 in the photo)

12" blade of clay hardened and polished 1084
wrought iron guard and ferrule with 0.023" thick stainless spacers on each side of ferrule
Primo Ironwood handle :)

thanks Nick...i'll take that compliment proudly...but honestly i was only going by the blade shape...it's the one i liked best, but now that i know it's yours...then i must really have good taste. :D

hi Joss, actually if you check on my post #10 you will see the ones that i put red "X's" on...and Nick's knife just happened to be one of them. :p ;) besides, you have plenty of Don Fogg's pieces (extremely jealous!!!) :thumbup:

anyway, i would really like to help out so it's up to the seller. there are others than i can try and get...or i can always work on a project with Mr. Wheeler.

I’m aware of the circumstances of the seller of all these fine bowies, and the LAST thing that I want to do is add stress to what must be a very difficult time.

Nonetheless, I do wonder how this sale is going to work. (And yes, I am an interested party):

1) the person who first expressed interest in all the bowies has first refusal of all 28?
2) the person who first expressed an interest in a specific maker has first refusal of all that maker’s knives?
3) the person who first expressed an interest in a specific knife (i.e. #11) has first refusal?
4) if/when specific descriptions and prices are posted, it’s first come, first served, and all that has come before means nothing?
5) ?
 
I mailed him twice so far (the first time 1 hour after he posted this thread) with my interest for certain numbers/knives. Until now (60 hours later) I haven't heard from him.
