This Fiddleback is special to me because.....

This knife is special to me because Andy made it to fit my hands, and he succeeded. Thank you, Andy.

I'll post a review of the 3-inch Big Mitt this weekend, if not sooner.

Goodness gracious. I kinda thought the knife looked like a caricature. I'm very happy It is appropriate for your hands Jim. I'd love to see a review!

Rain's supposed to pause today. I'll take the Big Mitt outside and get working on the review.

I love the blade profile and even though the handle is 'very roomy' it is very comfortable. Looking forward to seeing your review and pics in use.

Big Mitt? I suppose that's a design? I've never seen one. Are there many out there? I'd love to see a review and pics. Another big guy with long fingers here.

The Bush Hermit's handle is long finger approved. So far so good.

This Fiddleback is special to me (and it isn't even mine) because after hearing it for about 5 solid years, it has been over a year now since I was bombarded with the phrase "I want a blue Bushboot!"

This is such a cool thread! For me it's an easy choice. It's my cherished heirloom Hiking Buddy that Andy made for me years back. Then, if I remember correctly, he gave up up working with bone materials due to the smell. :D Thankfully that was only temporary.

Yup I won't use bone for any of my straight razor restoration anymore because of the smell... beautiful stuff tho
