This is a coffee thread.

I've found that 711 decaf is the best, but then I put a handful of ice in it before filling the cup, and about ten, yes, ten, of those irish creme creamer tbsp cups in. That still isn't rich enough for me.

Flavoured creamers are typically non-dairy and full of weird chemicals. Even the "better" ones are artificially flavoured with large amounts of vegetable oil.

If you want "rich" just dump a few shots of Bailey's Irish Cream in a cup of strong black coffee.

Fer all the fine nannies you introduced me to I figure 'twas the least I can do.... :D

No salesman. Java is merely a shill for sweetmarias. For all you bastids tempted by the dark mellow god this is the place to go for green beans, information, and coffee accoutrements. They carry a good selection of roasters for finer homes and even those in Bastidville. Sweetmarias is a great place to start on the road to roast addiction. Happy trails and my cut is a mere 10% of all gross sales.......

Thanks for the Link and the Help Java.:cool:

Are you saying their Roasters are so easy to Operate that even a Goat can use it.:D

My favourite coffee is Danbo's Decadently Delicious Mystery Blend. Available only in June each year, at BLADE. (However, you should diplomatically decline any offers of the flavored creamer.)

My favorite coffee is kopi luwak from Indonesia. It has an intense aroma and is very smooth. It is fairly cheap over there but prohibitively expensive here

I am fussy about my coffee. It is about my last evil. (Single malt scotch is NOT evil for those of Scottish descent.)

My coffee that I make at home is better than what I can get at Fatbucks.

I found a place on the internet that sells coffee in 5-lb bags. If you buy 25 pounds, they pay the shipping. I found a holf-dozen folks at work that all like good coffee. We get together and put in an order every couple of months. Just bought some Kenya AA for about $5 a pound. Well roasted. Good tasting. They have a bunch of varietals and a number of blends.

Works for me.

Caribou has far better product that Starclucks.

The absolute best I ever had was at a little custom roast place in Scottsdale.

Holy crap.

We get whole bean, and grind for each pot.

Caribou stays nice and glisteny through the entire pound, not all dull and drab like Starclucks.
