This just came.....

I see you have the latest incarnation with screws on both scales, when did you order it? The understated color scheme works well with the over the top form factor.

Hey man, great looking knife! I just picked up a Micro Praetorian and love the heck out of it... Been using it as an EDC the past few days and really dig it. I use all sorts from GEC's, traditional slipjoints, Fiddleback Forge / W.A. Surls fixed blades, to Doc Shiffers, Hinderers, Medfords, and just about everything in between... everyone has a different opinion but all that matters is that your happy. Congrats bud.

edit: I did laugh about the clip comments though! Pretty good

Ordered 53 weeks ago. I wanted as sterile as possible for that very reason.

OP enjoy your knife. If you like it and your happy with it that's all that matters.

One question how wide is that thing in the pocket? Thing seems like it needs a dedicated pocket . Nothing wrong with that if that's your kind of thing .

Not sure about the full sized, but my Micro P full Ti is right at 7/16" which doesn't take up too much room "for me".

It's not much wider than my Manix 2. I always dedicate a pocket for all my knives. Even the Osbourne 940!

Yea I used too have a dedicated pocket for my knife. Then I had kids . Now I find myself saying hold on and finding the nearest counter or table and getting handfuls of random things from my pockets

Just finished the edge. Scary sharp now. Came not so hair popping.

That thing is impressive. Each Medford I buy is my last one, until I buy another. I don't are if they're not practical, they have a ton of character.

Wow, lots of hating.

Good looking tank of a knife, I hope that you enjoy it.
Nice pics!

Nope, that ain't hating, just plain old observations. No knife is above critique, and makers know this. Some are much more sensitive about it than others. You have to expect it in any industry, cars, clothes, electronics, etc. There is always a set of pro's and con's to EVERYTHING.

Congrats on your purchase.
Whilst it doesnt really bang my drum, Im glad you are happy with it.

People buy knives for different reasons.
No doubt you bought this one because you wanted it for what ever - what are you going to use it for BTW?

For my knife uses, it simply wouldnt be practical (kayaking, camping, hiking, making pegs for tarps, food prep etc......or rather -before Medford fans chime in- other ....lets say less hefty knives....are more suited for my purpose).

Perhaps the most confidence inspiring knife on the market.
Okaaay.....

It's not the best slicer......
Quote the understatement.

If SHTF, it's the perfect knife to have in your pocket!
How so....?
