What are you gonna sharpen out that chip with?

I use a Hapstone guided sharpener with Venev diamond stones. I’ve sharpened it a couple of times since I noticed the chip but didn’t go far enough to get it out. I’m just going to use it and sharpen it as usual and it will get sharpened out when it gets sharpened out. Those course diamond stones would get it out pretty quick but I don’t want to widen my edge to get to it. It is AEBL

Something I just noticed. The signature on the DEK1 and probably all of them is that some it is parallel with the blade and others are perpendicular. I assume one is older?
