I received a new knife that wasn't quite up to par. It was a minor issue and one that Kershaw customer support would have taken care of. Kershaw's customer support has always taken care of me in the past. Thomas_W saw my post and insisted on taking care of the problem himself. He did indeed make everything right and then some. Thank you Thomas_W, you're a class act.

No question, Thomas is a class act, and has helped quite a few of us forumites out during his time here. That's one of the reasons he's very much respected. Joe
