Check out the Spyderco Air. Light weight. No clip so if fits well in the pocket. CPM-M4 steel and a thin blade means it slices like a razor.

Dan hit the nail on the head. The Air is a wonderful knife.

Here is is with the Spyderco Chaparal 2:

Here it is between my pens and my phone:

BM Mini-Grip 555/556 is pretty small for a 3" blade (same with 707).
As some have mentioned the Spyderco Dragonfly, Jester, Manbug/Ladybug, Techno, Chaparral, Cricket, UK Pen Knife, Squeak, Leaf Storm
Boker Nano
Cold Steel Mini's (not sure how small they actually are though)
etc.. etc.

Just hit up an online shop and start browsing your favorite makers. Or go to makers sites and search by size.

I own the Mini Griptilian and love it but I find it just a tad too thick and heavy to just slip in pocket for the office. The Dragonfly 2 is the better office EDC option, I think.

For not a lot more money than a production knife you can also get a custom knife. I highly recommend an up an coming knifemaker by the name of Tobin Smith.

Man, some beautiful knives in this thread. I'm definitely getting a WH, just have to figure out which one. And I really like the damascus version of the Spyderco Caly 3. Very nice. I really need to get a Spyderco or 2 anyway. I don't own a single one of any size, even though I really like the brand.

I'll look into him. Even if he doesn't work with small knives, he may have something that interests me for the rest of my collection. Thanks! :)

Another vote for the William Henry, I got one when they first came out they were just anodized titanium liners, mother of peak scales and quality steel blade, within a year you couldn't find a "plain Jane" WH, they were all Damascus woolly mammoth scales, jeweled studs.

I'll tell ya, I'm sure glad I got mine when you could get a WH for under $200, still if ya got the money, the WH is one sweet knife.

Not my WH but mine looks exactly the same...(I stole this picture from Peregrin, hope ya don't mind, nice watch BTW).

You might also look at the spyderco caly 3, as well as the sprint run damascus version of the same.

I have that LE Caly 3. Although a little bigger that the OP might have wanted, its a very nice gents knife.

There are many small folders I like, but they don't have a pocket clip. I have quit buying any knife without a clip. it just annoys me when I have to fish out my knife from all the keys and change in my pocket.
