Yeah...the cow bone shades it out. Shining a flashlight on the handle shows the red Lucite better.Dark red (which is great) ? Looks black on my screen. In the second picture, if I look closely, looks sorta reddish where the light is reflecting off the handle. Still, Awesome.
That's the only one I didn't buy from his last Web Blast. The last Joe Houser 119 Brahma for me. Oddly enough I don't even have a regular 119 Brahma in my collection. They are too expensive now.
Black phenolic handle with Micarta and aluminum spacers. Simple, but clean looking.

I ended up purchasing one of each due to that being the last Joe Houser web blast. That's the only one I didn't buy from his last Web Blast.
I purchased all the others...
That has a nice clean look to it.
Oh well.
Thanks for sharing yours!!!
Joe definitely did soom nice work.
I hope Buck is allowing the next generation of knife makers to show off some skill here in the future.
Very nice selection. Love that 118.Ok.
So here's the 3 of the 4 last Web Blast knives..... Ok, maybe there's more than 4, not sure.

Am end to a pretty good era.....
I had to grab some.
Thanks.
I do display the knives in built-in bookshelves that line one of my office walls. One section I dedicated to the custom Brahmas.I hope you have them all out somehow.
That's a pretty impressive group of 119s.
the stuff like that ^he made from warranty and scrap are my favorites. one of a kind.....not 1 of 10 or whatever limited run. that one needs a custom sheath though.......deserves one anyways......this was a froe that joe saved from the scrap pile and turned it into an awesome knife-man i sure miss the jh customs--i doubt if there will ever be anything like jh customs from buck again..there is no one there i know of that has the freedom joe had nor the enthusiasm of getting custom knives out there for the buck collectors...i wish i could have kept every one that i got from him...

Totally agree with you regarding an era that has passed. It feels like since the new guy took over they going the way of "corporate"the stuff like that ^he made from warranty and scrap are my favorites. one of a kind.....not 1 of 10 or whatever limited run. that one needs a custom sheath though.......deserves one anyways......
yep, think that era is gone forever from Buck.....sadly......
