Thread dedicated to Joe Houser custom made knives

I'm kind of surprised we have so little interest in sharing the awesome and beautiful Joe Houser creations. No more will be made in the future. :(

Here we have a 640XL in 440C with Black Maple Burl wood/Bocote wood wide band/Mammoth tooth spacer handle. This is 1 of 8 knives made at the time and has a documented error stamped in the blade. Double-stamped 640 over 124. Makael Makael was nice enough to reach out to Joe to obtain a LOA that verifies this as an error knife.

don't think ive seen this one of yours before. very very nice. thats a great model. like to see a regular version 640 made in production.......

how can we post any Houser customs, when dogpound and you got most of them all.......😁

That has my favorite Houser stamp. I did pass on the last Houser made BCCI knife. :confused: Thanks for sharing.
 
i sure wish i would have kept more than i have -but then i would not have had enuff money to keep buying them from joe and getting them out there---i think there is alot out there with fellows that dont go onto the forum here..thanks for that paycheck deposit tecate it helped!! eatin ramen burritos now that it stopped.:):cool:
